My yoga journey started on my living room floor, after my second C-section left me feeling weak and frustrated. I just wanted to feel like me again. Yoga became my space to breathe, move, and rebuild. Now I get to share that same grounding, healing energy with others—because we all deserve to feel at home in our bodies.
Through On the Skye, Yoga with Chelsie, I offer experiences that invite you to soften, heal, and nurture yourself—through movement, stillness, and connection with nature. Each class or gathering is a space to breathe deeply, release what’s heavy, and come home to your body.
I believe any body can do yoga. It’s not about mastering poses or moving perfectly—it’s about showing up for yourself. Yoga is a space to breathe, to listen, and to grow at your own pace. It’s where strength and softness meet, and where you remember that you are enough, just as you are.
It’s a practice that meets you exactly where you are. You don’t have to be flexible, strong, or experienced—just willing to show up. Yoga helps you breathe deeper, move softer, and release the tension that life builds up. It’s a way to reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and remember what it feels like to simply be present.

"I had the pleasure of being able to attend the Nature & Nurture Retreat at the Index Cabins this month with Chelsie. What a beautiful place and amazing people. We did several types of flows with modifications as needed, a rooting exercise, and essential oil and Crystal activity, a moon & star reading, learned about the Chakras, engages in a silent nature walk, had the pleasure of a sound bath, and much much more.
