I’m Chelsie. A local yoga teacher of 8+ years rooted in community, connection, and creating spaces where people feel safe to simply be. I teach a fusion-style practice that blends strength, softness, breath, and rest. Always with intention and heart.
My journey with yoga began as a way to take better care of and reconnect with myself, and over time it also became a way to connect more deeply with others. Whether I’m teaching outdoors, in studio spaces like Ardika, or holding space for special events, my goal is the same: to help you feel more at home in your body.
Yoga, to me, isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about building resilience, softening where we can, and remembering we don’t have to do life alone.
During our initial flood recovery phase, a portion of class proceeds ( up to 50% of net profits after covering basic expenses ) will be donated to local relief efforts. This ensures yoga remains accessible, sustainable, and impactful for our mountain community.
My classes weave together grounding stretches, gentle strengthening, yin-inspired moments, and mindful transitions. Always ending with a nourishing savasana. I teach with the intention of creating space where people feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are, while building connection to breath, body, and our mountain community.
These classes are offered on a sliding scale to honor different financial seasons and to support ongoing flood relief efforts in our community. By choosing the tier that feels right for you, you’re helping sustain both accessible yoga and local recovery work.
$10 – Community Access
For those who would benefit from a lower-cost option. This tier helps keep yoga accessible for everyone.
$20 – Sustaining Rate
The standard rate that supports the ongoing offering of classes and community space.
$25 – Support + Give Back
For those who feel able to contribute a little extra towards sustainability and local flood efforts.
✨ A portion of the proceeds supports flood relief efforts through the Sky Valley Resource Center.✨
Come as you are.
Move, breathe, and reconnect with your body while supporting our mountain community. Every class is a chance to feel at home, nourish yourself, and make a meaningful impact.
