Please consult your physician before joining any new exercise routine. By participating in Yoga with Chelsie's Yoga classes,  you acknowledge that yoga is a physical practice that requires mental awareness, physical strength, and endurance. You agree to work through your practice according to your own limitations and take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being. You agree to listen to your body at all times and never do anything that causes you pain. You acknowledge that participation in this activity exposes you to risk of personal injury. You are fully aware of this risk and hereby release Yoga with Chelsie / Chelsie Wallin from any and all lability, negligence, or other claims, arising from, or in any way connected with your participation in this activity.

- Payment for classes must be received prior to the scheduled class time to ensure your spot. 

- All payments toward group yoga, private yoga & event yoga are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yoga Event Requests

-50% of total due at booking to hold your event date.
-Waiver is required

Yoga events - 2 weeks in advance

Up to 1 reschedule per paid yoga event.

ALL workshops/events are non refundable.

You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.  We do not do exchanges at this time. Please contact us at returns@ontheskye.com within 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. We do not offer returns due to scent preferences or mistakes in the ordering process for which we are not at fault. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Please use care and precautions when using candles. Burn at your own risk. It is recommended to place a lit candle on a heat resistant coaster/surface to prevent any possibility of heat damage or fire. Yoga with Chelsie / On the Skye assumes no responsibility for any damage that may occur due to misuse of candles, and candle burning.
