1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or purchasing any service or product from On the Skye, including Studio 80HD or Yoga with Chelsie, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, workshops, products, and collaborations offered under the umbrella of On the Skye.

2. Scope of Services

Branches / Entities:

• Yoga with Chelsie – private and group yoga classes, sound baths, workshops, retreats.
   
• Studio 80HD – creative and service-based offerings including mindful cleaning, photography, handmade candles & custom creations, plant styling, and workshops.
   

Services are provided as described at booking or in written communications.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to pricing listed at the time of booking.
   
• Deposits may be required for certain services.
   
• Final payment is due before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated in the cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Yoga with Chelsie:

• Private sessions: cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
   
• Group sessions/workshops: cancel/reschedule at least 48–72 hours in advance.
   

Studio 80HD – Mindful Cleaning:

• Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
   

Studio 80HD – Photography:

• Cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
   

Studio 80HD – Candles, Custom Creations & Plants:

• Orders and workshops are non-refundable once production begins or materials are prepared.
   

Force Majeure:

• On the Skye is not liable for cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, illness, or other unforeseen events. Rescheduling will be offered when possible.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

General:

• Participation in any activity is at your own risk.
   
• On the Skye and its branches are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal items.
   
• Clients must disclose relevant health conditions prior to participation.
   

Yoga with Chelsie:

• Not a substitute for medical care. Participants should consult a physician if needed.
   
• Practice safely and listen to your body.
   

Mindful Cleaning:

• Not a licensed or bonded cleaning service unless stated.
   
• Client-provided products are primarily used; clients assume responsibility for their safety.
   

Studio 80HD Products & Workshops:

• Candles, custom creations, and plants are intended for safe use. Clients are responsible for proper use.
   
• On the Skye is not liable for allergies, misuse, or damage.
   

Photography:

• Photographer retains copyright unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Studio 80HD may use images for marketing with proper credit.

6. Media & Marketing Release

By attending any On the Skye service, you consent to photos/videos being taken for marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing prior.

7. Collaborations

• Collaborators operate under their own brand.
   
• On the Skye is not liable for independent services.
   
• Roles, credit, and liability are clarified in separate agreements.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governed by Washington State law.
   
• Disputes addressed first through mediation.
   

9. Changes to Terms

• On the Skye reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Clients will be notified via website updates or email.
   

Acknowledgement

By booking or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

By booking or attending a class, workshop, or event with Yoga with Chelsie (an entity of On the Skye), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Health & Safety: Yoga, sound baths, and wellness activities are not a substitute for medical care. Consult your physician if you have medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. You participate at your own risk.
    
2. Assumption of Risk: Participation may involve physical activity, outdoor conditions, equipment use, or travel. You accept all risks, including injury, illness, allergic reactions, or exposure to weather.
    
3. Personal Property: Yoga with Chelsie and On the Skye are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
    
4. Liability Waiver: You release Yoga with Chelsie, On the Skye, Studio 80HD, and their instructors, assistants, and collaborators from any liability for injury, accident, or loss during participation.
    
5. Media Release: Classes or events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to your image being used for marketing unless you notify us in writing prior.
    
6. Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds or rescheduling are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Late cancellations may incur fees.
