We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review the cancellation below carefully.

Cancellations made by the participant:  

• BEFORE 90 Days prior to Retreat start date ( official date is to be determined ) , you will receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable deposit of $100.

• AFTER (Date - TBD ) Cancellations made after this date will be non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another person, provided you inform us at least 7 days before the retreat starts.

Cancellations made by the organizer: 

• In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, health crises, etc.), all registered participants will receive a full refund, including any deposits paid. Alternatively, participants may choose to apply their payments towards a future retreat.

Special Circumstances:
